Oman Newspaper

The newspaper was founded in Oman on November 18, 1972 as a weekly newspaper, and then took the second step three years later on Nov. 18, 1975, publishing twice a week. It then jumped five years later in the midst of the celebration of Eid al-Majid National Congress in 1980 to become the first daily newspaper in the Sultanate.
